If you need to return or exchange your Pilgrim order for any reason, all you need to do is click here to contact us. Make sure you have your order number and original shipping zip code. You can find your order number in your confirmation email.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 45 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.  

Please note that all international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


Exchanges

We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA. You will receive a prepaid shipping label. Your new items or verification of credit will be sent once we receive a scan that the shipping label provided to you is on the way back to us. This typically occurs within 24 hours of dropping your package off with the carrier.


Returns

Refunds and Credits

Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition.  The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.

We guarantee everything we make at Pilgrim Design Company. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if it does not perform to your satisfaction you may return it to us for a refund.
